Blooming marvelous
Even if your a fan of horticulture or not you will be amazed by the many and varied types of beautiful flowers that you will see in and around Hua Hin. The Thai orchid itself being the countries national emblem!
Outside shops, offices and homes you will see pots filled with colourful flowers, vessels filled with water containing tropical fish and Lillie’s. I photographed these stunning Lotus blossom’s at a local temple only last week.

We’ve got “orchid city” at out house. Some in pots, some in hanging baskets. A real eye opener.
I reckon my missus is a basket case, but I don’t care. Keep those flowers coming.
BTW, I’ve been reliably informed by the missus that they’re not orchids. They’re some kind of water lily?
I’m not getting involved in this horticultural debate. They look good to me.

Those flowers are not being passed off as orchids. Sorry.
